For my first tag of 2010, I'd like to introduce Deep Sincerity.
The kit, Tulip Baroque was created by KatNKDA and is a limited edition and will only be available for a short time.
I do hope you'll give this tut a go. Kat's kits are amazing, but what makes this kit so different is that she painted each element from scratch - no shapes, tools, or filters!
